American Karate

From beginning white belt to the ultimate black belt and everything in between. Jimmy Fowler is a 3rd Degree Black Belt Hall of Fame Nominee.


After School Program & Summer Camps
A caring environment for your child after school that includes school pick-up, a healthy snack, homework time, socialization and the endless benefits of a wonderful Martial Arts class.  

Private Lessons
Want to get the most out of your time. One on one instruction with an expert in the field will do wonders to take your martial art practice to the next level. Please inquire at the front desk for more information.

 Kickboxing

This class focuses on technique and is taught by Bryan Harper, former Head Coach of MMA Legend Dan Henderson and his Team.

HIIT
High Intensity Interval Training is all the rage and when you take this class you will understand why. The class is designed to be the ideal level of challenging and produce fast results. 

Jiu Jitsu

The Brazilian method of submission is taught by:
Jimmy Fowler, Black Belt under Joe Hurst and Bryan Harper, 3rd Degree Black Belt under Caique Elias

Mom and Dad's Fitness
A perfect way for you to get in a workout while your child is in Karate Class. This program allows you access to our fitness and performance area so you can get a great workout.

Personal Training
Let us help you accomplish your fitness goals by pairing you up with a personal trainer. Expert knowledge, motivation, encouragement and accountability will help you reach your goals faster. Please see the front desk for more

Rev-Sport Performance
This program is designed to help student athletes improve their strength, agility, mobility, focus and coordination.  Discounts will be available for multiple/teams. This program is starts March 6th. For more information please fill out the contact form below.

Strength Training
This class can be accomidated to fit any level of fitness with the main goal of becoming stronger overall. 

Amateur and Professional MMA

All levels interested in the mixed martial arts train here from beginners to internationally ranked experts. You do not have to compete to participate although many do. The program is lead by Jimmy Fowler and Bryan Harper, former Head Coach of MMA Legend Dan Henderson and his Team.

Rev-Fit Kickboxing
A great way to learn some self defense and have a calorie crushing workout. This coarse is taught by Jimmy Fowler and Bryan Harper

Rev-Fit
If you are tired of the same old workout this is the way to go! Your instructor will put you through a great strength building, calorie burning workout. You will also have access to our cardio, weight lifting and performance training equipment so you can make your workout whatever you want it to be.
